Compassionate support for kids, teens, families, and adults navigating life’s challenges
About KellyI’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with over a decade of experience working with children and adolescents in the public school system. For 13 years, I supported kids from preschool through high school—and during that time, I witnessed how deeply mental health struggles can impact students and their families. I often found myself wishing I could do more. That calling ultimately led me to become a therapist.
Today, I provide thoughtful, evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, academic stress, and relational struggles. Whether I’m working with a child overwhelmed by school pressure, a teen navigating identity and emotions, or a parent feeling stretched thin, my goal is the same: to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where healing can begin. My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I believe that real progress happens when clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. I specialize in treating anxiety and depression across all ages, equipping clients with practical tools to regulate emotions, build resilience, and reconnect with who they are. I’m also deeply passionate about family therapy. Using a Family Systems lens, I help families strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and foster deeper connections. If you're looking for a therapist who brings both professional expertise and heartfelt compassion to the work, I’d be honored to support you. |
